Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino San Juan

Had an excellent time. The hotel was fancy, the room was new-fashioned and I appreciated incredible staff. The restaurant was excellent at dinner in the venue's outstanding restaurant here, I had excellent dishes. The service was great in my opinion.

We greatly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was tidy with great beds and linens.

The weather was beautiful, had really nice stay for a business trip. I loved the room with perfect working airco. Helpful and competent staff as one would expect.

Incredibly helpful, cheery staff and nice swimming pool. Pleasant view, a nice balcony, spacious bed, too. There was a welcoming bar and exceptional food at the authentic restaurant.

This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring San Juan, liked it and property's professional staff who looked like management. The room was updated, impeccable with a single king bed.

Verry good location, spent my time lovely. Absolutely great room, amazing beds. Staff were very amicable, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. Fine and tasty breakfast included cereal, muffins, hot waffles, pastries and scrambled eggs.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

It was a warm stay. Handy location, consistently courteous staff, really exceptionally comfortable bed. Welcoming rooms with an absolutely fabulous view. Location adjacent to the private beach. Moreover, we parked outside.

Elegant bathroom, inviting rooms, and the swimming pool. The staff was informative, the food was healthy. The beach there was amazing, the hotel was located adjacent to the shore. Sports bar was fantastic and well priced.

Unforgettable, exceptionally clean place and interesting area. I loved plenty of meals for continental breakfast, including pastries, sausages, eggs, cereals and yogurt. Rooms were very classy, beds were nice, view was absolutely breathtaking. Modern interior, lovely restaurant.

The hotel is clean and hip new, offers ideal location near cruise ships. Delightfully helpful stuff and large rooms with great beds, perfect working airco, a handicap bathroom.

We loved the hotel, it was original and perfectly clean. Rooms were pet-friendly with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and coffee. The breakfast was complimentary, had plenty of options. Comfortable bar, indoor pool. Very very good stay in the special area.

Lovely location, savoury breakfast, staff was very professional. All in all everything was good, nevertheless we had a bit small bathroom. Variety of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Located adjacent to the public beach.

Hotel's reception was cool, I loved it. Main bar and staff was personable. The venue was right by San Juan downtown. Cozy location of the place - 10 minutes walk from bus station. The weather was wonderful, had awesome stay.

Outstanding place to stay while in San Juan. We loved our stay ; the food and staff were cool. Situated in a beach area. Very clean pool to relax in too.

The room was big and the staff was friendly! Pool view was worthy. Booked table at Choices, it's their onsite restaurant.
